The owners are not kind people and manage through fear. They're more concerned with optics, maintaining their wealthy lifestyle, and how they're perceived in the market than actually putting the work in to create sound leadership with strong values. Poor follow through and it's always someone else's fault, little to no accountability. Toxic work environment and the owners cannot be trusted when it comes to commission. Beware of the Dvorak family!
