Pros

Staff is friendly and hardworking.

Cons

The employers are unaware how to treat human beings with basic dignity. They claim to use the EOS method of management but instead they merely check the boxes. It's all for show. They say it is a "flat" organization but everyone knows it comes from the top down only. They say “we want to have open communication” but no one dares in fear of repercussions. They claim to live by "Core Values", but it is clear the core values are only repeatedly stated and not lived or shown by example from the top down . They also cut salaries for 6 months during COVID but continued their lavish lifestyle with renovating their home and buying a yacht. It was a demoralizing place to work and they lead out of fear. They can't keep employees. It's a revolving door. They will continue to lose business to competitors who are kind, respectful and compassionate to their employees. Talk to others who know them or have worked with them. The owners will paint a different picture in the interview. It's an eye opening first day when you realize this was not what you signed up for.

Pros

None! Honestly they lack in most areas one seeks for steady & satisfactory employment.

Cons

Lack of management, lack of structure (even when they follow the “EOS system”), no path for growth. They are wasting new hired peoples time as the seasoned employees refuse to accept the change. They hold on to accounts & work to safeguard their own jobs wasting new hired peoples times to sit & down their leftover crumbs. The benefits are pretty mediocre! PTO is stingy!
