      Pros

      People you work with. All pointing in the same direction to help make you successful. Great leadership in both EMEA and US doing the right things with a strong set of core values. Technology is great with an unrivalled list of customers. Company looked out for their employees really well during CV19.

      Cons

      EMEA until recently was managed in classic 'command+control' which was very de motivating. This has been addressed with new local leadership and confidence is coming back. We could talk more about ourselves and our successes.

      The best five things I have experienced working for Worksoft in the past year are: 1- A supportive company culture & work environment, 2-Transparent leadership and management, 3-Empowering growth and development opportunities, 4-Balanced work-life balance & flexibility. 5-Competitive compensation & benefits.

      Cons

      Working 100% remotely limits personal connections with coworkers that can lead employees to collaboration bottlenecks and sometimes even isolation. It is not meant for everyone; specially those who are extroverted and thrive on social interactions.

      Pros

      I've been with Worksoft for close to 3 years and have seen such a shift in that time, for the better. New leadership team, new investment in the product and engineering team, lots of new employees with great experience joining the team. I personallly love the ability to work fully remote, and accessability to leadership.

      Cons

      Like all PE owned companies, there is going to be change. You need to be able to work in fast paced environment and remain nimble.
