Pros

Physical work- stay in shape A lot of hours during busy season The ops manager Brycen was really a great manager, did everything he could to make it better despite being shackled by ownership.

Cons

Employees truly are expendable, it is a moving company after all. It’s to be expected. Not a lot of room for growth (I was able to move up pretty quickly, but I was a rare case) Little to no benefits for crew (would have appreciated a pot of coffee or something in the morning before heading out) Project “managers” just want to work by themselves. I saw many new people be completed ignored because managers on job site didn’t want to deal with them. No professional development at all. Moving trucks are complete garbage, unsafe and they barely run. Gauges don’t work, tail lights fail randomly. Owner lies a lot. I worked there for 3 years (much longer than most) and I heard the same things over and over and it was all lies Some managers enforce safety, some ridicule you for being “too safe” Constant “blanket punishment” at meetings. The owner just berates everyone over small mistakes by a few.
