Cons
1. A natural disadvantage: Being part of a landscape that already has big settled players, makes life hard to compete and standout. (Might take more than usual time to be know to a larger audience) 2. Due to above, it becomes more vulnerable to market volatility. (Part and parcel of career, when working in any IT firm) 3. There is a lot of need for team building activities, as few team members do not posses empathy towards others, thus creating the gap and giving space to differences in understanding.
