Pros

Fire and Hire: The company is quick to let go of employees, but also hires frequently. This creates a revolving door environment. Incompetent Leadership: A significant number of team leaders are freshers, which leads to poor decision-making and lack of effective guidance. Toxic Work Culture: The organization is heavily influenced by internal politics, which often overshadows merit-based performance. Immature CEO: Leadership at the top seems to lack experience and maturity, affecting the overall direction and tone of the company. Gender-biased Salary Hikes: Pay raises appear to be given disproportionately to female employees, creating an unfair work environment. Excessive Work Hours: Employees are expected to work 13-hour days, which negatively impacts work-life balance. No HR Policies: There's a lack of defined HR policies, making it difficult to understand rights and responsibilities as an employee. No Paid Leaves: Employees are given minimal or no paid leave, adding to stress and burnout. No Experience Certificates: The company doesn’t provide experience certificates, which makes it harder for employees to validate their work history. High Proportion of Freshers: Around 90% of the employees are freshers, which results in a lack of experienced professionals and creates an unstructured work environment.

Cons

Every aspect of this company feels like a con. From leadership to company policies, everything seems to lack vision, professionalism, and fairness. The company seems to prioritize short-term gains over long-term employee well-being or growth. If you are looking for career development, work-life balance, or a stable environment, this is definitely not the place.

Pros

Product Development team and their AI Innovations

Cons

Zero job security. Horrible work ethics . Zero vision and do not encourage process driven approach. They expect you to get results from day one. Else its a HIRE & FIRE policy. HR team is the worst. Their job stops the moment they hire you and then stop communicating with you and dont answer your calls. Sales operations team at the top level have zero sales accumen. They lay down impromptu targets that are absolutely impossible. Cost of product is way to high for Indian markets. Admins who also call themseleves HRs are even worse. They themselves take breaks during official work hours. Almost zero training is provided. One is expected to learn on the go and also give results. Never recommend this company to anyone. They will not sustain in the market if they continue in this fashion. They are spoiling the careers of their employees.

Pros

Salary offered at the time of joining may seem attractive initially. Can be an option if someone urgently needs short-term income.

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for in terms of job stability and employee experience. High risk of sudden termination, often without adequate notice or clear justification. Strong caution: do not be influenced by a high salary offer—many employees report very short tenures. Not advisable to leave a stable job for this organization, even if the compensation offered is significantly higher. Leadership approach appears highly centralized, with limited room for feedback or disagreement. Work culture can feel transactional, with little focus on long-term growth or employee development. Contracts are lengthy and tend to favor the company heavily. Concerns raised by employees around notice period handling and full & final settlements.
