- Leadership is supportive of digging in on problems and learning new skills - Product and Internal mindset is connected to market shifting (i.e. AI tooling) - Collaborative environment with help from the team being easy to get - Growing company with a ton of potential and very smart and caring leadership - Learning a ton and feeling like my skills are transferable anywhere.

- Remote work isn't for everyone, but this is not a con for me. Some teammates want more in-person time.

Founders are brilliant. Product is best in class. Positive culture and salt of the earth people. Fun place to work

Doing a lot of jobs at once due to the size. Could probably have a few more benefits but I'm sure that will come with time as we grow.
