      Pros

      A company that puts people first and it shows! Nortek has one of the most hard-working, fun-loving, and engaged teams that I have had the privilege to work with. Management believes in open communication, transparency and mentoring. They also offer great work-life balance, everyone has the flexibility and resources to work remotely as needed.

      Pros

      There is a great sense of community at Nortek. Whether you work in the Uxbridge office, or remotely from home, your ideas are always welcome. There are always opportunities to grow professionally, and your input feels appreciated.

      Cons

      I think a company jet would be nice... all kidding aside, if there were cons, I would help the company and myself get past them as I look forward to the future with Nortek.
