Pros

They'll hire anyone with a pulse.

Cons

If you're salaried/non-exempt be prepared to work 12 - 20 hour days. Upper management is not concerned at all about you because everyone is replaceable. Everyone is hired through an agency with the "opportunity" to become a direct hire but they seem to pick and choose who they want to hire from the beginning . If you're just an ordinary warehouse worker you will never become a direct hire unless you're promoted to supervisor/manager. If you do get hired on you're pretty much untouchable and won't get fired for anything. If you get lucky you might get a decent boss who will train you but for the most departments that not the case and you'll just end up getting yelled at for everything you've done wrong due to lack of training. The on sites for the agencies you work for are more concerned with hitting on females and getting people they don't like fired over handling anyone's real concerns so don't expect any help from them either.
