      Pros

      No weekend work. Free parking. It's in Boise and is pretty centrally located. Other than that, there are no pros.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. You basically are in a Guatemalan sweatshop in Boise. Numerous illegal practices. People quit left and right. The Student Loan Program is a scam and everyone knows it. It's shameful and it shows in the quick turnover of the employees.

      You have to fight and threaten to quit to even get a .50 cent raise Pay caps out at $19.00 There is favoritism
