Pros

Pay was fair and management seemed to be understanding and willing to listen. Not that they acted on it though. Benefits were great, but didn't out weigh the cons.

Cons

Looked at returning to the company after being away for awhile. I was given an interview and then ghosted. Later to find out that the company didn't want to move forward, which I am okay with. I won't consider going back after being treated like that and to be told that management was improving. The improving needs improving.
