Pros

Some groups in the company have good managers, though those are few and far between. There are some talented people in the company though management is not capable of using them correctly. Honestly don't have any good things to say about this employer.

Cons

Very political environment. Better hope you boss is a "made-man" or you will never get anywhere. Company will typically hire someone for a job, then assign them completely different responsibilities from what was agreed upon during interviews. If you fight it, they will brand you as not being a team-player. Management style is to hire above the current employees, then push the current employees down (or out).
