Pros

some decent co-workers, staff nights out once a month. Nice location in London. Annual summer party is good fun.

Cons

I worked for the land department for just under a year and it was a new start-up a few years ago and seems to be not developing as planned, I can see it closing down. No staff traning/further or wider education opportunities for anyone. No 'Investment in People.' In fact, they have 'no interest in people, would be more accurate. They are very 'hire them, fire them' and have an exceptionally high staff turnover apart from a few old stalwarts who seem to cling on for some reason. I must have seen about 40% of the staff change in the time I was there. Pay is average, hols are poor, sick and maternity is statuatory. They will shaft you any way they can. HR are extremely indiscreet. I was once told by HR about someone elses private matter for which they were recieving treatment. Very unprofessional. Glad I left there to get work elsewhere, my new place makes me realise how bad this company were
