Pros
Open communication from the executive team. When I had a family emergency, HR was very helpful and my department was willing to be flexible. It highly depends on the department you are in. It is a great place for an easy 9-5 job with a steady paycheck and good benefits.
Cons
Recognition, feedback, promotions all highly depend on the department that you are in. There are a few 'old-timers' in the leadership team that, in my opinion, do not offer much to the company and in fact, hold back progress. Very little mentorship and/or training programs. It's mostly learn as you go, sink or swim.
