Pros
This company will put a lot of time into your personal development as long as you show that you are passionate about what you do. I had a great DM who went out of her way to make sure I had all the tools necessary to be successful in my role.
Cons
All of the floor sets were done off hours so you may have to work a few overnighters, especially during peak season.
