Pros
Flexible schedules, thorough training, comfortable atmosphere, politically correct & safe environment, store clientele/hours, consistently productive routines, etc. Biggest Pro: employees are (pretty much) paid to pleasantly interact with the public & have an overall good time.
Cons
The newly established "points" system for disciplinary action & the lack of communication from management when an employee receives a point. Employees are only notified & presented with paperwork when they have acquired multiple points, i.e. 3 or 4.
