      Pros

      It’s a fast-paced environment with great people. Everyone pulls together to pull off some of the biggest grassroots racing events in the country. The CEO wouldn’t ask you to do anything he wouldn’t do.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication lacks; but everyone does their best to communicate accurate and timely info.
