As I read your review, it is never easy to hear that anyone is disgruntled with World Synergy. But I do understand it. I am sorry about your experience. As leaders, we must all understand that we are dealing with real people and their livelihoods. As the CEO, it is my responsibility to make sure we are hiring the right people and to foster an environment that allows individuals to have a voice, feel safe, grow and using their talents to their fullest. I don’t believe any decision is just about business; I know it’s personal. It’s personal to me, to our candidates, colleagues, their families and to our customers. Employees are the heart of our business, and we take it very seriously. For the past 18 years of business, there is not a day goes by that we don’t improve and raise the bar to higher standards.
