The people at WorldVia are incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. From day one, they make you feel like part of the team. They’re always willing to help you learn and understand the ins and outs of the company. It's clear they care deeply about both their staff and their members. I felt like my time, input, and ideas were valued and acknowledged. The team gets things done efficiently while still maintaining a positive and encouraging work culture. As a marketing intern, I learned so many valuable aspects of marketing and was given the space to grow and put those skills into practice—an experience that’s truly shaped my professional development.
Cons
I only wish there had been a full-time opportunity available after the internship. I understand that the internship wasn’t intended to lead to a full-time role, but I would have loved to continue being part of such a great team.
