New phone every 3-4 Months Flexible Scheduling Free Cell Phone Plan Base Plus Commission Pay

Non-existent Incentive Structure No Increase in Pay for "Senior" Employees Favors the Stick Instead of the Carrot Little Performance Rewards Puts the Pressure of Marketing on Retail Staff Laughably High Targets Poor Communication Between Senior Managment and Retail Staff Low Traffic is Not Retail Staff's Fault, it's the Marketing Departments.

Pros

Good Company to work for. Lots of great incentives.

Cons

Mostly focused on Toronto Reps. They hand out house accounts to those close to the main office but don't really seem to want to reward the outliers.

Get to meet lots of people, and work with technology all day long. Great start for career building

Cons

Pay is low, company charges services fees for everything, making the client regret walking in the doors
