      The colleagues, really profesional and good talent. The office The views

      Cons

      Lack of good leadership in the management level. Some directors doesn't trust on people and make you feel disputed all time making you feel that you are not good profesional. They only trust on other directors opinions and don't support employees. Bad management in general.

      Transparency, Communication, nice culture, good salary, very interesting and with great potential company

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company it is hard to make a lateral move or to climb higher. But this thing is normal given the size of the company in this moment.
