      Pros

      Great company to work for, even as temporary/seasonal help. Many of the employees have been there for 20+ years. There is a great community among all the staff, the management lets you know you are appreciated, and during the summer they have a monthly BBQ during the work day. Even though it's a large company it's easy to get to know everyone.

      Cons

      Didn't experience any cons during my short time there.

      Pros

      This is such a great group of people to work with. They cultivate an upbeat, productive work environment. There are constantly new challenges; and everyone rises to the occasion together.

      Cons

      The way to run into a downside at this company would be to intentionally not get involved. Working together is the way to go!
