      This career opportunity really helped me stretch and problem solve in a way I never thought possible. I appreciate the experience I had working here as I gained valuable skills in SEI, how to work with other people more successfully, and how to value personal responsibility.

      Pros

      This is the best team I have ever worked on. People get each other's backs and do the impossible. The team is incredible and goes for it. People here actually care about the mission and are willing to work hard to make it happen.

      Cons

      It's a non-profit, so you will be wearing multiple hats--that is also a good thing.

      Nothing here was worth mentioning as positive.

      Cons

      Supposedly a regular job but push you to engage in their program, and then expect unpaid overtime they call volunteer work.
