low wages , overtime work , micro and toxic management... It is outsourcing company management by delusional boss.It is run by an administration that has serious problems with foresight and planning. That's why sometimes you can't find a task and sometimes you have to work during vacations. When they can't find customers, they intimidate employees and force them to resign. Every 6 months the company changes its strategy and looks for a revenue stream. There is no end to the ideas put forward, sometimes vertical farming, a floating skateboard, playing cards, food vending machine, web3 wallet, game development, youtube channel etc. And there is not a single project that has been successful so far. All projects are half-finished, there is no equivalent in the market or in people. Someone who thinks he is batman stuck in the Marvel universe is on tiktok and twitter all day and produces projects for an imaginary world. When it fails, he blames it on the bad governance of the country or global powers. Although the team inside consists of good people, most of them have no serious industry experience and most of them gained their first work experience here. Anyway, employees with a good profile stay here for a maximum of 6 months and then move directly to other places. If it is your first job, you can see it as an ideal paid internship to spend some time. Everyone is already handing out titles, everyone is senior or team lead.
