- Interesting work with modern technologies - Great people (Except the board) - Good benefits - eg health insurance - Moving into a new nice office in town - Middle management have made good progress on providing a direction for our products and focus
Cons
Who ever is looking after the finances seems to be doing a poor job. Staff have no idea what our current financial situation is which is really bad for motivation. Public opinion is not helping either. The other major group now known as Cognevo in Wynyard where not held responsible for delivering a poor quality framework which we had to burn a lot of man power trying to fix which in my personal opinion contributed quite a lot to our current situation. Going forward we are going to stop using that framework as it was really poorly designed and outwrite user hostle.
