If you think it’s a dream job, it’s because you don’t know what’s going on inside. When you look up the company, it’s hard to find information, that’s on purpose. And not just for the projects (that’s typically an excuse as to why they are secretive)but for how people are doing and how they are treated. The mystery attracts people, the truth will be the reason their turnover continues. Managers are protected even if they’re *known* to be terrible. Googlers avoid going there and you should too. If you sign that offer, also hire a therapist.
