Not ideal for Women or POCs, Leadership doesnt have understand of real world - Central Team Leader X Development Employee Review

Terrible and confusing place for women and/or people of color because leadership is all white, and mainly all British. Not a lot of room for growth for middle staffers. Advice would be to ideally stay for a couple of years to get paid and work on interesting problems, but know its not a place for growth. CEO has been around for 10+ years and has a lack of understand of the real world -- doesn't know how to lead and give critical feedback to help projects grow. Culture feels culty -- a lot of platitudes about innovation, that doesn't actually seem to trickle down to the way things actually operate.
