      It's Twitter - it's very cool to say you work there. You get to test all the new developments before anyone else Free food, drink & snacks

      Cons

      It's not about saving the world - it's just about generating revenue. if you're not making the company money, you are unimportant. Dominated by personalities & cliques. If your face doesn't fit, you will never get on. No-one wants to hear opinions that differ from the company line. Don't bother trying to push the boundaries, they're not interested.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
