      Pros

      The company allow each tech individual to get control of the system, the system is complicated since the business is almost the same as the bank system, but the R&D staff is only under 300. So each individual can learn a lot from developing and refactoring of the system. The base team leads of the R&D is all grow up within the company and are very professional in the field with hard working attitude.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be over-demanding with heavy pressure. The R&D is totally business oriented, and lacking internal construction.

      Pros

      The data team was so professional and every team member has solid foundation of data analytics and data modelling.

      Cons

      Because the headquarter is based on Shenzheng, China. There are time difference between China and New York. Sometimes, I have to stay up late to have meeting with the team.

      Have enough freedom to explore DS techniques, applying them to the real-world credit card loaning risk models. The business is still robust and sustainable enough even in the current regulation scenarios. Good WLB.

      This is still a relatively small company with a limited business scene.
