Challenging and fun work. I have learned how to negotiate contracts, speak with high profile clients, and manage a successful business development pipeline. There is so much business in the office that I end every single day still with stuff to do for the next. Within two years I have been able to hire my own team of 5 people. This job definitely favors the hardworking and clever. There is a huge opportunity here. The pay is extremely good if you are consistent. The office is nice and the firm is flexible and working to improve so that it becomes a better place to work as times goes on.

The office is very young and rewards results over everything. Still learning as we grow so it isn't going to be perfect. The pay is only going to be amazing if you are successful. It takes a while for some people to get the knack for it.
