      Pros

      - Paychecks were timely at least - Nice rank-and-file co-workers. Great to see some of them have finally been able to escape.

      Cons

      - No career growth available whatsoever. Salary is far below par with the market and there is no performance review process. The lifers at XCast don't stay because they want to; they stay because after many years of stagnant career growth, no other company will hire them. - The problem starts at the top. The "chair" is disingenuous, manages by fear and unnecessarily institutes a culture of secrecy.

      Small coherent team, a lot of independence, great team. people are really helpful and cooperative not a lot of stress or pressure.

      Cons

      Outdated technologies, small sized company, not enough work-force to carry on all the needed tasks for future growth.

      Core team of support staff are easy to work with and dependable

      Cons

      No annual paycheck increase in 8 years, no performance reviews, no SMART goals, no professional growth, a complete lack of accountability in sales team, no clear direction for the whole company from the top down
