Pros

*You get an automatic pay raise after completing industry standard certifications. *They bring in mental health professionals on company dime to help employees. * Good launch pad into getting an IT gig with an established company as an in-house professional. * Most of your fellow tech support engineers are helpful and want to see each other succeed.

Cons

* Customers are rude and management doesn't care to let them go. They care more about the customers than the employees. * Because the job is stressful they bring in mental health professionals to help people cope with the stress. It's free to the employees but that's a double edged sword since they realize the job is so stressful peoples mental health is put at risk at all times. Red flag! * You need to do "projects" in addition to your stressful workday/week. * Not enough employees to handle the influx, you are constantly slammed with work most of the day without much time to collect yourself. * Compensation is low compared to in house IT for a company. * Small company so career opportunities in the company are low unless you just want to move up the tech support chain and handle more complex issues.

Thank you for the feedback! Love the positive feedback, and I would agree there! As for the cons: You are right, we have absolutely had clients that were impolite in the past and will again I am certain in the future. Most likely while you were at XL.net there was none that were terminated because of it. I consider (Adam here, I am the founder) XLnetters family and each time I have heard of a client being impolite to an XLnetter I have addressed it with the client. Unfortunately, some have needed to be terminated, and a few times that has taken far too long as we also have given the clients time to find a replacement company. In regard to the additional projects, I believe you are referring to EOS rocks. Those are certainly optional, and now have bonuses attached to their completion as well. We are also now hiring ahead of need and have been for at least the last 3-4 years. From the last compensation survey that a consultant performed for us, we apparently are paying above market. Not certain when you were at XL.net, but we have always at least strived for it. Thank you again for all the feedback, and love to discuss directly if you are open to it to validate that XL.net has addressed our past mistakes, we are not perfect, but we try - adam at XL.net. Thank you!

Pros

-Awesome management team that cares about their people. -Company has a clear vision and plan to execute it. -Chances for upward and lateral mobility. -Process driven to its core, no surprises and clear goals, with the help to achieve them. -Happy clients and happy employees, they are fundamentally changing the managed services game. -Everyone on the team has a place and play to their strengths. -Flexible remote work environment, hiring the best people from all over the world. -Always striving to adapt the latest technology and staying on the bleeding edge.

Cons

-Compensation could be better. -Due to the remote nature of the company, it is difficult to plan events where everyone can attend, though this is worth the benefits of a remote team.

Pros

Exposure to tools and processes (briefly)

Cons

• Hired and trained for several weeks, only to be let go shortly after without clear long-term intent. • Lack of transparency during the hiring process regarding expectations and job stability. • Training felt more like a trial period rather than a genuine onboarding process. • Poor communication from management about performance and future with the company • Wasted time for candidates who are seriously looking for stable employment.
