Pros
Team mates were the only positive thing, met some good people who'll remain friends forever.
Cons
They expect you to work extra hours and give you nothing in return. If you excel in a particular area they don't reward you, all they do is give you extra work. The directors barely ever visited the Nottingham office and when they did they just stroll through without a care in the world. The wages are low and there are no rewards.
