Short term box shifter - Sales XMA Employee Review

Poor systems resulting in duplication or triplication of work , extremely short term view of what the business needs, little or no investment in anything outside of devices fulfillment. Sales management promise plenty but deliver little. Senior management do not listen to feedback. Could be a good company but the leadership is too immature to deliever the changes necessary
