Pros
As someone who has never worked in an office environment before, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Every member of staff has been professional and welcoming making me feel like a valued part of the XMA team. As an apprentice I am given ample time to complete my studies. I haven't ever felt that my input is undervalued or that I have been treated differently as an apprentice. XMA has great amenities with hot drinks and subsidised food in the canteen. Additionally I have been given great equipment to work with and have never felt that my work is being held back by my tech etc.
Cons
As a person who enjoys coming to the office and aims to learn from the wisdom of others I feel a slightly busier office could be more enjoyable however, I understand hybrid working doesn't always allow for this and is also something I can benefit from.
