Awful company - IT Support XMA Employee Review

Management don't care about you or your experience. You are just a resource. No training except in your own time. Uncompetitive pay and poor work environment. They argue with you about everything. Very clique with a boys club mentality. You are either in or out. Those in the cliques get all the advantages. Small company attitude with a dated culture and management style. Most unprofessional company I have worked for. Look elsewhere.
