Pros
The upper management team will go out of their way to help you with your progression (if you shout loud enough). The company as a whole has some great perks. If you work hard you will be rewarded, but only if you pester management about it, otherwise you will fade into the background.
Cons
Various cliques involving management that can make you feel uncomfortable (including having to listen to them gossip about other staff members). Gossiping/b*tching amongst senior management is something that I found very uncomfortable during my time there, but this is only applicable to a few members of staff. The office is either too cold or too hot and is uncomfortable to be in at any time of the year.
