Management has no idea what they are doing. 90% of the time they are in meetings. They say they want to listen to their employees but their actions say otherwise. R&D is a failure and the longer the old Comdel personel are kept the harder it will be to actually turn the business around, maybe spend less time playing pickleball for hrs during the day and more time designing new product. No new R&D designs, just old systems packaged differently. Product has been moved to Asia. 4 rounds of layoffs in less than 2 years. Site focuses on 1 customer now, has ruined relationships with other customers. Entire manufacturing engineering team was laid off, so expect cowboy/shady solutions from the R&D team to help manufacturing moving forward.
