Pros

You learn a lot in a short time. Houston Team is awesome. Great group to work with.

Cons

Searching for documentation in very fast pace environment isn’t very streamlined. Maryland Team isn’t a great source when asking for help & cannot be trusted. The lead would assign service request with little to no explanation on how to quickly resolve the issue. During training, was expected to reach unrealistic training goals within 90 days of employment without having real understanding of the environment. Was singled out during daily huddles for mirror errors on service requests

Thank you for your review. This experience is the opposite of our intentions. As a technology company our industry changes rapidly, and to help our Team succeed in such a fast-paced environment we have implemented tools and processes to streamline workflows. During the 90-day probationary period, we expect experienced technicians to be able to grasp the concepts. We are sorry that it did not work out for you, and we wish you the best.

Pros

The company is family-owned and has a solid business, and offers flexibility.

Cons

It's a family-owned company, so any and all profits do get prioritized to the family, so pay is low, benefits are okay at best, and there's no diversity. PTO is laughable, and you'll quickly see why there are no women at the company, and it's because the brothers run the business like a frat house with no maternity leave. They also do not have any diversity in upper management is all white men the closest person of color in any sort of leadership if you can call it that is a team lead in Texas.
