      Pros

      I interned here for a summer. They provided housing on top of $15/h. It's a small company filled with friendly people. Breakfast provided everyday and lunch once or twice a week. Got to work on some cool stuff, learned about Agile development, and met good people. They are always working on new things which keeps it interesting.

      Cons

      The location can be a positive or negative thing depending on your situation.

      Pros

      As truly transparent company with a reasonably flat hierarchy. They treat their employees very well and enjoy a very low turnover as a result.

      Cons

      Although it's been making an effort in this regard, XSB isn't the most terribly forward-looking company there is. As a result of its contract-centric development process, most of its goals are rather near-term, and technical debt tends to accumulate, which can be very frustrating.
