Business Outlook
Pros
Having worked here for a number of years, I've observed the company growing in staffing and business quite a bit, providing new opportunities for employees and interns. The grows did not affect the wonderful culture of a family and togetherness. The management sees people, not resources. The company is great at recognizing talant and contribution and at celebrating accomplishments
Cons
The organizational structure is flatter than in big companies, which eliminates bureaucracy and makes the environment dynamic and effective, but if you're in the business of climbing the management ladder, you may need to be patient.

Thank you for this feedback. We've since added more steps/ measurable milestones to the organizational structure, allowing for targeted career growth and paths, hopefully without adding to red tape and bureaucracy :).
- Good opportunity to build a strong foundation
- Great Learning Environment
- Access to Enterprise Tools
- Cross Department Collaboration
- Decent work-life balance
- S+ CEO and Leadership Team
- Supportive Managers
- Hybrid Work Flexibility
- Hands down BEST Work Culture
- Awesome Benefits Package
- Birthday Time Off
Cons
- Like any growing company, there’s always room to improve opportunities, collaboration, structure, and communication.
Just about everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. Overall culture allows for enjoying your time with the company, while also encouraging high productivity. No AI pressure while I was there. Products are excellent, and focus is on useful features and keeping ahead of security threats, not too much pivoting in my time.
Cons
Acquired by private equity firm in early 2025, mass layoffs followed a few weeks later, terminating roughly half the employees. My impression is the firm is primarily focused on profitability at the cost of all the pros I mentioned.
