I’m glad you enjoyed the open kitchen. Those snacks do seem to fly off the shelves, so we’ll try to replenish them more frequently. You mentioned that we massively underpay our employees. Based on market surveys, we are paying above industry averages across the board. Having said that, our aim isn’t to be above average; our aim is to be excellent. We will continue to shape our comprehensive compensation to be best-in-class. We do want to apologize that you didn’t find us to be the place to maximize your potential.
