      Pros

      Very good team, as long as it was allowed to work. The CEO has a lot of money which means in theory that great products can be developed without huge time constraints. But that is only theory.

      Cons

      In practice, there was no clear message from CEO or leadership team about the team's expectations. The leaders are communicating very poorly with the employees, which creates a climate of uncertainty. In the end, after completing and releasing the software project, the whole team was fired!

      Pros

      - Very friendly coworkers - Laid back - Flexible time

      Cons

      Very disorganized environment. Product ideas were great, however the way the marketing process was handled was not adequate enough and it was just sad to see how some projects that could have turned out so well, ended up so bad. Communication, or lack thereof was another issue. While I understand that a company's purpose is to make money, this seemed to be the only thing the owner cared about. Not about the employees, just the money.
