Shady management. Even the accountant is part-time at managing the public funding needed to keep this company afloat.

Working at Xarevision is amazing because you will be able to actually learn how to deliver stuff really quickly and will force you to understand in depth how your system/program works. If you are out of school and you are bored with all the theory and want to actually deliver products this is one of the best companies that you can choose. One day you will be doing your backend in PHP, the other day you will be able to code deploying scrips or do data-pipelines for analytics, or hacking your way into Android firmware for your custom hardware. You will end up knowing a bit of everything and find out what you would love to do.

You will not have that much supervision, and you will need to learn how to do it yourself. The team will guide you and will help you every time, but don't expect them to teach you before you tried it yourself. The communication and organization is the main issue though. Don't be surprised if even management don't know what is needed or what are the requirements for the delivery, or time-frame. It's just messy. If you care about it also coding standards will go out of the window really fast if you let it.
