2. Learning and internal growth is almost none. One with out reference can not learn new things and grow inside the company.
3. They usually promote those manager who are worse people management skills.
4. Onsite, annual hike percentage all are based on favoritism.
5. They are very week management and HR process no one will listen you on right time.
6. Few of telecom manager are very unmannered and unprofessional they give treating related to job security.
7. Extreme buttering is require for those who have no relative or senior references in company to survive.
