Good initial training for customer service skills. Gaining experience in the telecommunications sector. Transportation is provided for employees living within Cairo.
Cons
Promotions are very difficult to achieve and take a long time. The performance evaluation system is very strict and hard to maintain. Transportation is limited to Cairo only, which is inconvenient for those living outside. The salary is not competitive and doesn't match the effort required.
