Hi There, Thank you for your review! Your advice is noted. We don’t have 1 big beautiful office, we have 3 beautiful offices and more to come. We have unlimited resources available ready to start on any project. A project manager both in-house or external who are task masters to get the job done. Of course they are the least favorite in any company because they push the team to make sure the triple constraints of any project which is Scope, budget and timeline are properly met. It is neither easy, nor everybody’s favorite thing to do. But if we cut loose on everything nothing can be accomplished. Responsibility and accountability are important pieces of the job. Our external projects are of 3 types - ‘XcelPros managed’(we do everything from inception to completion both solution and project management), ‘Client managed’ - we provide resources who become team members of client projects where clients manage both solutions and project management and a ‘mixed bag’ - this is when we are still engaged on the solution but the client manages the tasks. Internally we are constantly performing viability analysis on tools and technologies. To understand us correctly it is absolutely required to align with us first and then with your peers (if you only align with your peers, one wrong direction set by a peer can completely derail you). Secondly we require that you collaborate and show up to work. When you don’t, we are never understood and when you are let go, that may cause all this venting on Glassdoor. Please understand that Glassdoor hasn’t become Glassdoor without alignment and coordination between the person who envisions it and the person who executes. A visionary can easily be seen as a delusional dreamer but that is where everything starts. Dreaming first and second is working very hard for the dream to come true and most importantly balancing the act. We are not afraid to do all three, neither do we complain about the choices we make. Once a choice is made be it hiring or anything else, we accept that it was our choice and if it doesn’t work out we understand and part ways preferably on a good note without burning bridges. What doesn’t work for us? Pretending to work, slack on all tasks, constantly pointing out problems instead of coming up with solutions, lack of accountability and responsibility. What sets us apart? Strength, agility, adaptability and perseverance. The ability to balance ups and downs and most importantly acceptance of people of different race, gender, personalities, personal preferences, opinions, emotions, sensitivities, sensibilities, etc. We are a melting pot of our own and all constructive ideas are welcome to the table. We incentivize when an individual takes proper responsibility of their work and give too many chances for people who make mistakes and learn. Hopefully you understand your life purpose and move on with your life. I am not too sure what your real problem is. Reach out to us in order to resolve it.
