Pros
The people I work with are awesome! Everyone puts a lot of effort into what they do and we all work together to make the company vision come to fruition. I think there is a large amount of room for growth and upper management isn't afraid to hear what the employees have to say. I feel work/life balance is good. Better than where I have worked in the past. As long as you get your job done, dealing with personal matters isn't an issue here. There are a lot of opportunities for meeting with HR and upper management to discuss any issues we may have. It's nice to know we have that outlet if we choose to use it.
Cons
Still trying to work out the kinks as far as processes go. A lot has changed over the last 3 years at a rapid rate. I think we are trying to catch up and figure out what makes sense as far as a business model. Con as it may be, I also see it as an opportunity for myself and any future employee to grow.
