      Pros

      Great benefits, as they leverage off of the parent company through shared services.

      Cons

      CEO changed in summer of 2021 and it’s been downhill ever since. This used to be a GREAT company with a strong culture. Now it’s disjointed and all of the good talent is leaving. As soon as I find another job, I’m out.

      Great benefits and vacation package. Fun industry to work in, exciting projects.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership and communication. Once new leadership took over all company culture disappeared.
