Stay Away - Anonymous employee Xexec Employee Review

I’ve been at Xexec full time for just under a year now. My previous employer was the type to not reward for good performance, only on longevity. When I was looking for other opportunities and had conversations with the higher ups at Xexec, it became clear to me instantly that it would be a fit. From day one I’ve known exactly what’s expected of me. Great culture and office environment...only a few employees at the moment so we are close, really adds to the culture. The Co-Founders and other employees I have met from the UK are great people as well.

It’s a startup in the truest sense. If being handed leads consistently and not putting in the necessary work to hunt but work smart at the same time, Xexec is not the fit for you. Also since we are a small team, if you’re interested in large sales floors with lots of noise and gongs being hit — not the place for you either.
